So I know it was July 31st, but we didn't get to celebrate it with all the families till everyone was back from various summer excursions. Here he is candle-blowing with the Ragsdale family. Is the cake cute? Grandma used fruit by the foot for the "ribbon", and G loved the chewy candy dots.
And more candles with the Grahams...we lit them again and again. It's his favorite thing! But we were also celebrating Kayla and Nana's (Grandma Graham's) birthdays too. and yes, that is a sucker there in the middle...a big hit.

Yeah for me!

"Two."

I just think he is the cutest little guy ever!!

And PS, that was the yummiest cake ever. Let me just say the Lee and I aren't big cake eaters, but Lee said, "Um, get that recipe." It was a spice ginger cake, and we made this lemon glaze that was basically drinkable, with applesauce and whipping cream!! wow.
A family tradition: the birthday-er gets their very own box of cereal. Since the only other time we get cold cereal is on Christmas, this is quite a treat. Notice Graham is already laying claim.
How adorable is he!!! Love his curls. And do post that recipe. Sounds delicious!!
